• Schedule: 5 days/week, with 1-2 evening shifts, flexibility for 12-hour shifts
• Hours/Week: Approximately 40
• Employment Type: Locum Tenens / Temp-to-perm possible
• Licensure & Certifications: CA license required; BLS, ACLS, Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine; DEA license required
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Family or Internal Medicine; Spanish language skills preferred
• Start Timing: Approx. 12-14 weeks for credentialing

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $171.60/hr
• Pay Schedule: Weekly via direct deposit

What You'll Do

• Provide primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Collaborate with behavioral health teams on-site to ensure holistic patient care
• Document patient encounters efficiently using Epic EMR system
• Manage a caseload of approximately 18 patients per day
• Adhere to clinical protocols and quality standards
• Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities
• Support patient education and health promotion activities

What You Need

• Valid California medical license and DEA registration
• BLS, ACLS certifications required
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Board Eligible considered with strong rationale and experience)
• Minimum 2 years' clinical experience in a primary care setting
• Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
