Insurance Product Manager

Driving profitable growth and product innovation, the full-time remote Insurance Product Manager will oversee new product and pricing initiatives, ensuring competitive and compliant offerings while collaborating across various teams. Key responsibilities Ensure successful implementation of new product, pricing, and underwriting actions at state and national levels Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop effective initiatives and optimize product performance Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, marketing, sales, IT, and operations to deliver cohesive product initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred Minimum 10+ years of experience in product management, actuarial, finance, or related roles within the insurance industry; 5+ years in homeowners insurance required Proven track record of successful product launches and strategic initiatives Deep understanding of personal lines insurance and reinsurance, including trends and regulations Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward common goals
