Insurance Account Manager -P&C

Position OverviewWe are one of the top independent insurance brokerages in the US! Due to our continued growth, we're in need of a P&C Lines Account Manager to join our team in the Denver or Longmont office. You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role involves developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to mitigate risks and enhance their coverage.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a book of middle market commercial lines accountsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholdersAnalyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutionsPrepare and present insurance proposals and renewals to clientsMonitor policy performance and assist clients with claims and inquiriesStay updated on industry trends, regulations, and coverage optionsCoordinate with underwriters and other internal teams to ensure client needs are metQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree preferred 4+ years of experience in commercial lines or general liability Experience with EPIC is a plusBackground in Restaurant insurance or Real Estate is a plusActive P&C license Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefitsPTO Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance
