Senior Upstream Product Manager, Monitoring - Acute Care and Monitoring

Senior Upstream Product Manager leading strategy and lifecycle management for patient monitoring solutions across acute and remote care settings within Medtronic's HealthCast portfolio. Role involves defining product roadmaps, conducting customer research, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy for monitoring platforms across acute and remote care settings
- Own roadmap development, prioritization, and business case development for monitoring solutions
- Lead voice-of-customer activities and translate clinical needs into product requirements
- Partner with R&D, regulatory, clinical, and operations teams to develop and launch capabilities
- Manage product lifecycle performance and support adoption initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree with 5+ years acceptable
- 7+ years product management, product marketing, or healthcare technology experience
- Experience with patient monitoring, remote monitoring, or connected care solutions
- Strategic thinking, market analysis, and product planning capabilities
- Ability to influence and collaborate in global matrix organizations
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire
