US Sales, OEM Channel Manager - Acute Care and Monitoring

Medtronic seeks a US Sales OEM Channel Manager to lead national commercial strategy and execution for OEM partnerships, primarily the Medtronic-Philips Strategic Alliance. This remote, quota-carrying role requires influencing cross-functional teams and partner organizations to drive growth and manage complex partnership initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own commercial strategy and execution for Medtronic-Philips Strategic Alliance and broader OEM portfolio
Build joint go-to-market programs, partnership agreements, and commercial strategy with partner organizations
Carry annual quota tied to partner-channel revenue, competitive conversion, and growth priorities
Align stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Legal, Supply Chain, and Service without direct authority
Engage health system executives on clinical, financial, technology, and supply chain matters to advance partnerships

Requirements

Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree plus 3+ years
Demonstrated success leading complex commercial, strategic, or partnership initiatives with revenue accountability
Track record carrying and delivering sales quota or equivalent commercial targets
Proven ability to drive results through influence across organizations without direct authority
Strong executive communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholder engagement
Ability to travel 50-60% domestically; valid driver's license required
Preferred: patient monitoring, acute care, or medical device category experience
