Director, Global Marketing (Digital Solutions)

Otis has an opportunity to position itself as a leader in connected mobility, differentiating itself through software, AI and digital services. 24-36 month mandate Develop and execute the global go-to-market strategy for the digital solutions portfolio. Increase customer awareness, adoption and commercial performance of digital offerings. Connect with customers, build differentiated messaging, customer personas and value propositions. Create scalable launch frameworks and regional marketing toolkits. Establish thought leadership in connected buildings, AI and predictive services. Create measurement frameworks linking marketing to pipeline, adoption and revenue. Build a scalable enablement model embedded into onboarding, coaching, and execution. Key responsibilities Define the Global Digital Solutions Marketing Strategy Develop the long-term global marketing vision and strategy for Otis’ digital solutions portfolio. Establish the strategic marketing roadmap aligned with Otis’ growth ambitions and digital transformation strategy. Define the marketing operating model, governance and best practices for digital solutions across global and regional teams. Prioritize investment and marketing activities based on commercial opportunity and customer value. Build the Digital Solutions Marketing Capability Create and establish a new global marketing capability dedicated to digital products and connected services. Develop scalable processes, frameworks and playbooks for product launches, customer adoption and lifecycle marketing. Introduce modern B2B product marketing practices and ways of working. Define how digital marketing integrates with Product Management, Sales, Regional Marketing and Digital Technology. Own the Global Go-to-Market Strategy Lead the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for all digital solutions. Define market segmentation, customer personas and buying journeys. Connect with customers and develop compelling value propositions and positioning. Build, develop and execute launch & promotion strategies for new and existing digital solutions. Establish Customer & Market Intelligence Build Voice of Customer programmers. Conduct customer interviews. Develop customer personas. Understand digital buying behavior. Monitor competitors. Benchmark industry best practice. Identify future market opportunities. Sales enablement Sales playbooks & training Customer presentations ROI tools Battlecards Customer stories and case studies Measure Commercial Impact Digital pipeline, Adoption, Revenue & Sales. Product launch success, Campaign ROI, Customer engagement, Sales utilization, Market share (where measurable). Leadership Partner & influence Partner and influence regional leadership teams and cross-functional teams. Establish and operate a governance. Ideal candidate profile 10+ years in B2B product marketing, digital solutions marketing or SaaS marketing. Experience marketing IoT, connected assets, software platforms or industrial digital solutions. Track record delivering global product launches and go-to-market strategies. Experience in matrix organizations with global and regional stakeholders. Background in building technologies, industrial automation or enterprise software preferred. Capabilities: strategic product marketing, go-to-market leadership, value proposition development, customer-centric mindset, commercial acumen, data-driven decision making, executive communication, stakeholder influence, digital marketing and demand generation, AI and technology literacy, organizational. Organizational scope Global responsibility for the digital solutions marketing portfolio across the Americas, EMEA, China and Asia Pacific. Partners closely with Product Management, Global Sales, Digital Technology, Regional Marketing, Communications and external agencies. High visibility with Global Marketing and Growth leadership. Impact This role will shape how Otis brings digital innovation to market. Success will be measured by increased adoption of digital solutions, stronger marketing-influenced pipeline, improved customer engagement, accelerated product launches, stronger sales enablement and measurable revenue growth from connected services. Salary range The salary range for this role is $170,000-$190,000. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
