To support a growing team, the fully remote Minnesota Licensed Medicare Agent will focus on helping seniors navigate Medicare coverage while building their own business with provided leads and training. Key responsibilities Assist clients in understanding their Medicare options and enrollments Utilize provided leads and technology to facilitate sales and client relationships Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of Medicare and sales techniques Required qualifications Active health license (life-only or P&C-only licenses do not qualify) Proven sales experience in fields such as retail, auto, or insurance No prior Medicare sales experience required, but must be new to the field Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a personal business Comfortable using digital tools and sales platforms
