Develop and maintain client relationships. Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. Work independently and as part of a team. Assess and identify the wants and needs of customers over the phone. Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions. Requirements A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
