  • Trach - (Required)
  • Ventilator (Required)
  • In-home Private Duty Nursing Experience

Custom Living Care is Premium Pediatric Private In-Home Health Care company that provides quality services to medically fragile children (Under 21 years old) in your community. We offer In-home care to our clients while supporting family members with their caregiving duties. Working closely with our families and staff to provide a long-lasting, fruitful relationships.

Custom Living Care is looking for a Highly skilled, enthusiastic, driven, dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurses to provide care to our clients.

We believe in providing quality customer service to our patients, families, and amazing team of caregivers!

Job Types: Part-Time, Full-time

Starting Pay: (RN) $50.00 Hourly

Experience:

  • tracheostomy care: 1 year (Required)
  • Ventilator: 1 year (Required)
  • Tube feeding: 1 year (Required)
  • PRIVATE DUTY HOME HEALTH: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • CPR Certified
  • Georgia Nursing License (Required)
  • Nursing License (Required)
