Job Description Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting the Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager in their efforts to deliver great and Friendly guest experiences, serve the Freshest products, run the Cleanest restaurants, provide the Fastest service as well as helping to build profitable top line sales. Shift Leaders also coach Crew Members throughout their shift to execute Dunkin’ Donuts Brand standards, Whitedonuts standards and be in compliance with all applicable laws, setting goals, providing job assignments, motivating others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.
