Senior Commercial Counsel - SaaS, AI Contracting (Remote)

Canto is seeking its first in-house Commercial Counsel to design and lead a modern, AI-enabled contracting function. You will own end-to-end contracting operations, negotiate strategic SaaS agreements, and partner with Sales, Finance, and executives to accelerate deal velocity while managing risk. Reporting to the CFO, you will implement CLM systems, development playbooks, and governance across GDPR/CCPA, with a bias toward scalable processes and cost-efficient outside counsel usage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
