Role Description The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cherry Hill, NJ. This role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, including supervising the sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. The Assistant Store Manager helps manage staff scheduling, training, and coaching to maintain brand standards and a motivating work environment. Responsibilities also include overseeing visual merchandising, inventory management, and retail loss prevention processes. The role collaborates closely with store leadership to achieve sales targets, uphold operational excellence, and deliver an engaging brand experience to every customer. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus. Experience in Store Management and retail operations, with the ability to support daily store leadership. Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and procedures. Previous experience in fashion or retail environment preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
