Overview
Radiology Tech — Multimodality Technologist role located in Clearlake, California. Start date 10/26/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment in a hospital setting. Weekly pay range is $2,778-$3,019 per week. Shift is 4x10-hour days (40 hours per week). No guaranteed hours are provided. Responsibilities
- Operate general diagnostic radiology equipment, including X-ray and computed tomography (CT) modalities; procedures may include X-rays, fluoroscopy, and, where applicable, mammography.
- Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care; ensure patient positioning, comfort, and safety while delivering high-quality images.
- Select appropriate exposure factors and apply ALARA principles to protect patients and staff; verify patient identity and exam appropriateness per department policies.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to meet departmental objectives and maintain imaging standards; contribute to ongoing quality improvement.
- Maintain competency across at least two modalities on a regular basis and document procedures in accordance with department guidelines.
- Adhere to department procedures and safety standards; assist with basic equipment checks, cleaning, and infection control as needed.

Requirements
- Ability to work in a hospital diagnostic radiology environment with 40 hours per week on a 10-hour shift schedule.
- Demonstrated experience performing at least two radiology modalities regularly.
- Comfort performing general radiology procedures and supporting pre-/post-procedure care; no interventional procedures are included in this setting.
- Ability to follow department policies, safety protocols, and documentation requirements.
- Eligibility to work within the stated assignment location and comply with RCHEA guidelines as applicable to the department.
