In this role, you'll work directly with both new and existing customers to recommend lawn care, fertilization, weed control, aeration, and outdoor pest control services that keep lawns healthy, green, and beautiful. What You'll Do:

As a Lawn Care Sales Representative, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners by identifying lawn health needs and recommending customized treatment programs, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout every customer interaction. All team members are expected to professionally assist customers, handle service-related questions, and support customer satisfaction efforts as part of their daily responsibilities.

• Convert inbound leads into new Lawn Doctor customers
• Build relationships with existing customers and recommend additional lawn care services
• Educate homeowners on fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, mosquito control, and other treatment options
• Conduct consultative sales conversations focused on customer needs and property improvement
• Perform proactive customer follow-up to improve retention and satisfaction
• Generate referrals and identify opportunities to grow territory revenue
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and service-related phone calls in a professional and timely manner
• Support office-wide customer service efforts by assisting customers with scheduling, service information, and issue resolution

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with the ability to professionally manage customer interactions and resolve service concerns
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
• Ability to build rapport and close sales through relationship-based selling
• Basic computer and CRM software skills preferred

• Lawn care or landscaping sales
• Outside sales or territory sales
• Home services sales
• Customer retention and account management
• Pest control or outdoor services
• Residential service industries
• Lead generation and sales follow-up
• Route sales or field sales experience

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
