Twin Cities Care Center - Dietary Manager We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietary Manager to join our team. As a Dietary Manager, you will oversee our dietary department, ensuring compliance with nutritional and safety standards, and providing high-quality meals that enhance the well‑being of our residents. Key Responsibilities: Supervise dietary staff and oversee daily kitchen operations Plan, prepare, and monitor menus in accordance with physician orders and resident preferences Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards Monitor food inventory, order supplies, and control costs Train, schedule, and evaluate dietary staff Collaborate with nursing and administration on resident nutrition needs Conduct meal service inspections to ensure quality and presentation standards Maintain accurate documentation and reports as required Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred Minimum two years of supervisory experience in food service, preferably in healthcare Knowledge of dietary regulations and safe food handling Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Ability to manage a team and maintain a positive kitchen environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
