Director of Plant Operations

A leading manufacturer is seeking a Plant Manager to lead operations at a high-volume manufacturing facility in Georgia. This leadership role is responsible for driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people (SQDCP), while leading continuous improvement initiatives and developing high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead all plant operations to achieve goals in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and workforce performance (SQDCP) Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and operational performance Develop and execute production plans, budgets, and operational strategies aligned with business objectives Build, coach, and develop cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence Partner with engineering and leadership teams to implement new technologies, capital projects, and long-term growth initiatives . Candidates Must Have: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with plant, operations, or production management responsibility. Proven success implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience managing budgets, capital projects, production planning, and operational performance. Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills; automotive, heavy equipment, metals, or industrial manufacturing experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
