Responsible for providing human resources support by performing a variety of personnel-related administrative duties. This role will also assist the HR Team in providing excellent service to our management team and employees.This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department and supporting the overall goals of the organization. Responsibilities: Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the orientation of new team members and the integration or exit processes for employees across operational systems, benefits, and rewards programs. Support employee’s questions, concerns, requests, and information. Assist with Benefit & Wellness administration including sending communications and keeping benefit processes moving forward Maintain HR documents and employee records Create and send monthly company newsletter. Coordinate employee gifts and recognition programs, including sending employee awards. Support the immigration process Travel to client sites as needed. Perform other duties as required. Requirements Bachelor’ degree in human resources management or HRCI or SHRM certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 1 year relevant HR experience. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of state, federal employment and labor laws. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Ability to meet multiple priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of US inbound immigration preferred. Physical Demands: This is a largely sedentary role.Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
