HR Coordinator: Onboarding, Training & Relations

ViaQuest in Dublin, OH seeks an HR Coordinator to lead the HR training portion of new employee orientation and assist with onboarding. You will maintain employee databases, support policy understanding, and help resolve employee relations issues. The role requires 2+ years in HR coordination, knowledge of HR laws, and strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS is expected.
