To support outpatient therapy services, the full-time Clinic Registration Specialist will manage patient registration, verify insurance coverage, process billing procedures, and maintain medical records while fostering positive relationships with patients and referral sources. Key responsibilities Coordinate care by communicating with referral sources and maintaining organized medical records Verify insurance benefits and coverage, ensuring accurate billing and documentation for payment Demonstrate professionalism and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care delivery Required qualifications High school diploma or GED Two years of experience in billing, financial counseling, EMR, or a related healthcare field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Outlook Willingness to learn additional IT applications as assigned
