Inbound Sales Representative / Sales Closer

We are looking for a highly responsive, sales-driven Inbound Sales Representative / Closer to manage

and convert incoming leads for an automotive detailing business serving the New Jersey/New York market.

The business already generates a consistent flow of inbound leads through Facebook advertising. The

challenge is not generating interest it is making sure every lead is contacted quickly, properly qualified,

consistently followed up with, and converted into a booked customer.

You will own the sales journey from the moment a new lead comes in through qualification, follow-up,

appointment booking, and closing.

This is not a cold-calling role. You will primarily work with warm inbound prospects who have already

expressed interest in the company's services.

The role will operate around U.S. Eastern Time, supporting customers in the New Jersey/New York market.

Standard business-hour coverage is required, with flexibility for earlier starts and/or extended coverage

being highly valuable because inbound leads should be contacted as quickly as possible.

What You'll Be Selling

Services include ceramic coating, interior/exterior detailing, vehicle restoration, tire shine, and both entry-level and premium detailing packages.

You should be comfortable selling both lower-ticket services and higher-value packages based on the customer's needs.

Follow up consistently without being pushy.
Keep multiple opportunities organized in the CRM and maintain accurate communication.
Deliver a professional customer experience over phone, email, and digital channels.
Work independently in a remote environment and stay accountable for results.
Communicate fluently and professionally in English.
Experience in B2C, automotive, detailing, home services, or similar industries is a strong plus.

Your day-to-day

• Respond quickly to new inbound leads generated through Facebook ads.
• Contact prospects by phone, text, email, and other available communication channels.
• Understand each customer's vehicle, needs, expectations, and budget.
• Explain and sell the appropriate automotive detailing or ceramic-coating package.
• Handle questions and sales objections confidently.
• Follow up consistently with leads who do not purchase or book immediately.
• Book qualified customers into appointments.
• Own the sales process from initial inquiry through close.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the company's CRM.
• Keep the business owner/management informed of lead activity, opportunities, and sales results.
• Identify patterns in customer objections, lead quality, and conversion opportunities that can improve the sales process.

• Estimate scope, time, and price from discovery details (vehicle size/condition, add-ons) to present clear, confidence-inspiring quotes and avoid misalignment.
• Identify value drivers (longevity, finish, convenience) and position premium options like ceramic coating or bundles without pressuring, increasing average order value.
• Track funnel metrics (contact, qualify, book, close) to iteratively refine messaging, timing, and channels; run lightweight experiments to raise conversion.
