What We're Looking For Must-Haves Proven track record closing high-ticket sales on the phone Experience with commission-heavy or performance-based comp structures Comfortable running 4-6 calls per day, five days a week Available Mon-Fri with EST-compatible hours (8am-6pm) Coachable — you show up to huddles, take feedback, and implement it Based in the US, Canada, or UK Nice-to-Haves Experience closing SaaS or B2B software products Background in outreach, lead generation, or sales tech Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, etc.) Experience in a VSL-driven or ad funnel inbound sales environment Ready to own results?
