Descrição: Estamos buscando um(a) Closer para atuar no fechamento de vendas consultivas de alto ticket dentro do ecossistema do Grupo Pedro Della'Nora. A pessoa será responsável por conduzir reuniões comerciais com leads previamente qualificados, compreender suas necessidades, apresentar a solução adequada e conduzir a negociação até o fechamento. É uma posição indicada para profissionais com experiência comercial, boa comunicação, capacidade de negociação e maturidade para atuar com vendas de maior valor. Requisitos técnicos: Experiência comprovada na área comercial e em vendas. Experiência com vendas consultivas e fechamento. Vivência em reuniões comerciais com clientes. Boa comunicação verbal, capacidade de negociação e persuasão. Perfil orientado a resultados. Capacidade de conduzir uma negociação com segurança, sem perder a escuta e a empatia. Experiência profissional compatível com nível pleno ou sênior. Conhecimento de CRM e processos comerciais. Diferenciais: Experiência com vendas de produtos ou serviços de alto ticket. Vivência com vendas B2B ou B2C consultivas. Experiência em operações comerciais estruturadas. Experiência no mercado corporativo. Vivência anterior com produtos digitais, educação ou infoprodutos. Responsabilidades: Conduzir reuniões comerciais com leads previamente qualificados pelo SDR. Realizar vendas consultivas e conduzir o processo de fechamento. Compreender as necessidades e o momento do potencial cliente. Apresentar soluções e construir argumentos de valor. Conduzir negociações e contornar objeções. Realizar follow-ups e acompanhar oportunidades até a conclusão. Registrar e acompanhar as oportunidades no CRM.
