Buscamos um(a) Closer que tenha Ingês Fluente para operação nos EUA.
Requisitos:Principais responsabilidades:
Conduzir reuniões com clientes da base para gerar indicações de forma consultiva e estruturada;
Aplicar o processo de referidos seguindo rigorosamente o playbook e os scripts da empresa;
Desenvolver relacionamento com clientes para potencializar a geração contínua de novos leads;
Converter indicações em reuniões comerciais qualificadas para o time de vendas;
Executar follow-ups persistentes até o agendamento das reuniões;
Manter o CRM atualizado com todas as interações e oportunidades;
Acompanhar indicadores de performance e atuar para atingir as metas estabelecidas;
Trabalhar de forma organizada, transparente e com comunicação constante junto à liderança.
Inglês fluente (obrigatório);
Experiência comprovada em vendas consultivas High Ticket;
Vivência com prospecção por indicações (Referral Marketing) será um grande diferencial;
Conhecimento em metodologias de vendas como NEPQ, SPIN Selling, vendas consultivas ou similares;
Domínio de CRM e gestão de pipeline comercial;
Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;
Organização, disciplina e foco em indicadores.
