Somos uma empresa em crescimento acelerado, especializada em ofertas high ticket para o mercado americano, com processos claros, leads qualificados e forte investimento em marketing. Buscamos um(a) Closer focado(a) em performance, que queira crescer junto com o time.
- Atender leads qualificados via videochamada/telefone (inglês).
- Conduzir calls consultivas, entender dores e apresentar a melhor solução.
- Fechar contratos high ticket com foco em taxa de conversão e receita.
- Atualizar CRM e seguir o playbook de vendas da empresa.
- Trabalhar em parceria com setters e time de marketing.
- Analisar métricas de funil e propor melhorias.
- Participar de treinamentos semanais para evolução constante.
Requisitos obrigatórios:
- Experiência comprovada como Closer / Inside Sales em vendas high ticket ou B2B consultivo.
- Inglês avançado ou fluente para calls com clientes dos EUA.
- Conforto em trabalhar com metas agressivas e comissionamento variável.
- Experiência com CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close.io ou similar).
- Disponibilidade para atuar em horário comercial dos EUA (fuso flexível).
- Estrutura para trabalho remoto (internet estável, ambiente silencioso).
Diferenciais:
- Inglês Fluente
- Experiência com mercado americano ou internacional.
- Experiência em vendas de High Ticket
- Saber fazer indicações
