Salary: $140,000 - $170,000

Key Responsibilities for the Director of Finance & Accounting:
• Lead all accounting and financial operations
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements
• Present financial results and recommendations to executive leadership and the Board
• Manage audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Develop and maintain internal controls and financial policies
• Monitor cash flow and organizational financial performance
• Mentor and develop accounting and finance team members
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
Qualifications for the Director of Finance & Accounting:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Previous leadership or management experience
• Experience with budgeting, audits, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Experience overseeing accounting operations and finance functions
