Ensure timely resolutions to maintain SLA compliance and minimize business impact; process and complete work orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to operational standards; provide production support for OH Dental Facets, HGW Dental Facets, and Facets Dental API; collaborate with Dev teams and business stakeholders to support initiatives and enhancements; maintain HIPAA Gateway (HGW) claims processing to ensure timely and accurate claims adjudication; prevent delays that could impact TAT (Turnaround Time) and customer experience; support critical integrations with systems such as ISET call center, IVR, Dental Benefit Providers, CDB, Salesforce, and Claims Highway; identify opportunities for functional and technological advancements in Dental Facets systems; and participate in initiatives to improve system performance and user experience.
