Industrial Laborers

Manpower in Huntington, WV is seeking a reliable and motivated Industrial Laborer to join our team in the manufacturing of railroad parts. This position involves hands-on work in a production environment, assisting with a variety of tasks including general labor, equipment operation, cleanup, maintenance, and other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor tasks related to the production of railroad components

• Operate basic machinery and tools as needed (training provided)

• Assist in the assembly, inspection, and packaging of manufactured parts

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and workspaces

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

• Support team members and supervisors with additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Previous experience in manufacturing or general labor is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
