POSITION: REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN SHIFT: 2ND SHIFT (3 pm - 11:30 pm) or 3RD SHIFT (11:00 pm - 7:30 am) plus rotating Saturdays REPORTS TO: REFRIGERATION SUPERVISOR PERKS & BENEFITS - REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN

- Responsible for all facets of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting large industrial refrigeration systems.
- Maintain daily logs and other required paperwork.
- Perform emergency mechanical or electrical repairs as needed.
- Attend PSM meetings and functions.
- Utilize CMMS software.
- Apply troubleshooting skills with the use of electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and P&ID's.
- Must comply with all safety regulations, GMP standards, and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Process Safety/Safety/GMP/Food Safety/Quality policies followed.
- Reporting accuracy met.
- IIAR standards met.
- Ability to build strong relationships, provide excellent customer service, and problem solve.
- High School Diploma.
- Industrial Refrigeration experience preferred (RETA based certifications).
- Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred.
- PSM experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work from heights, climb ladders, and lift/pull as needed.
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
- Good Verbal & written skills.
- Willing and able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- This position is an onsite position.
