Associate Marketing Manager - Knees

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Marketing Manager to support knee implant marketing strategy and execution for the DePuy Synthes ATTUNE platform. The role involves clinical messaging development, surgeon education coordination, competitive analysis, and campaign execution within the orthopaedics business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine clinical value messaging and surgeon-facing marketing materials for ATTUNE Knee System
• Support planning and execution of surgeon education programs, advisory boards, and key opinion leader engagements
• Monitor competitive landscape, compile market analytics dashboards, and identify adoption barriers and opportunities
• Assist in building field enablement tools and executing integrated marketing campaigns targeting surgeon segments
• Coordinate between Knee Marketing and cross-functional partners including Sales, Medical Affairs, and R&D

Requirements

• Early-career marketing professional with foundational business or marketing education
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clinical and technical audiences
• Ability to translate complex biomechanical and clinical concepts into clear messaging
• Proficiency with marketing analytics, dashboards, and performance tracking tools
• Project management capability with attention to regulatory and compliance workflows
