Field Sales Representative

Sales Representative – TruGreen Location: 1640 Wallace Drive, Carrollton, Texas 75006. TruGreen accepts applications on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities Face the outward representation of TruGreen, engaging homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their needs and deliver customized lawn care solutions. Conduct door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude. Adapt sales messaging to match each household’s unique lawn care requirements. Apply a proven sales methodology to convert prospects into signed contracts. Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and follow‑through. Cross‑sell and upsell additional lawn care solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but passion and hustle are essential. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills, capable of engaging in small talk and closing conversations. Excellent time‑management skills and a self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices. Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors. Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English; must be physically located within the United States. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions. Average income ranges from $875 to $1,200 per week (annual salary plus commissions). Paid training and ongoing development. Career growth opportunities within the company.
