Key Responsibilities & Operational Mandate End-to-End Operational Domination: Direct and oversee daily plant, warehouse, or facility operations, ensuring full alignment between production, logistics, procurement, and quality control. P&L & Budgetary Ownership: Manage multi-million-dollar operational budgets, eliminate resource waste, and optimize cost-per-unit labor metrics to drive immediate EBITDA growth. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Deploy Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies to dismantle bottlenecks, streamline facility workflows, and drastically reduce operational downtime. Strategic Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and command department heads, shift supervisors, and floor staff—fostering an uncompromising culture of accountability, speed, and safety.
