About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations to spearhead a significant regional transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the operations transformation strategy, leading network redesign initiatives, and ensuring that the operations strategy aligns with the company's goals of growth, customer service, margin improvement, and risk management. This role demands a senior leader with a proven track record in end-to-end operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, and distribution, and a strong focus on safety, quality, service, cost, and operational capability. Key responsibilities for the Head of Operations include owning the regional operations performance, embedding operational excellence practices such as Lean and continuous improvement, and leading productivity and cost-improvement initiatives. The role also involves organizational leadership, with a focus on building and developing a high-performing operations team and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years' experience in a similar role, with a background in diversified industrials, building products, HVAC, consumer durables, appliances, engineered products, or other complex manufacturing environments. Strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to driving measurable transformation outcomes are essential.
