Financial Customer Service Associate (HYBRID)

FinancialCustomer Service Associate (HYBRID) Location: Austin, TX Pay Rate: $20-25/hr Work arrangement: Onsite during training, then fully remote. Shift options include 4‑day weeks with 10‑hour days, 5‑day weeks with 8‑hour days. Availability required between 6 am and 6 pm, Monday‑Friday. Responsibilities You will provide exceptional service to advisors and investors, beginning with an intensive training program that includes hands‑on coaching and guided on‑job practice. After training, you will be on a team that serves as the first point of contact for advisors and their investors, handling 25‑30 inbound contacts daily ranging from simple account inquiries to complex financial transactions. Daily activities include: Delivering world‑class service and embodying client‑centric values. Solving problems and advising clients in real time to ensure satisfaction. Researching and navigating databases to provide accurate solutions. Collaborating with internal teams for efficient resolutions and fostering teamwork. Qualifications Strong collaboration skills in a fast‑paced, team environment. 1+ year of client‑facing, service‑oriented experience, ideally in a team setting. High empathy, initiative, ownership, and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency with computers and customer‑service software; ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in or education about the financial services industry. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) registration is a plus.
