Each day, you'll handle a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries from financial advisors, helping them navigate account questions, operational processes, technology tools, and service requests. Advisors are often working under tight deadlines, so responsiveness, professionalism, and problem-solving skills are critical. Entry Level Financial Services Rep Required Experience: Must have an interest in Financial Services Minimum 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience Previous banking or financial services experience a plus Sign on bonus available for candidates who have already obtained their SIE Entry Level Financial Services Rep Additional Info: Bonus structure in place after 90 days! Entry Level Financial Services Rep Hours: Training: Mon-Fri from 7:30am - 3:30pm for 4-6 weeks After training must be available for any schedule Mon-Fri between 5:00am - 6:00pm Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Tempe, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
