Seeking professional Server / Waiter / Waitress / Wait staff with relevant experience. This is a very important role for us and we rely heavily on our serving staff. They manage the pulse of the dining room and ensure patrons have a memorable dining experience.Server / Waiter / Waitress / Wait staff is generally offered as a part time restaurant job.Prior experience as server, waiter, waitress, wait staff, runner, foh, front of the house or other FOH part time restaurant job highly desirable. Requirements/Responsibilities Server / Waiter / Waitress / Wait staff Requirements & Qualifications: Food Handlers Card OLCC Certification Previous serving experience preferred Excellent oral communication skills required Positive interpersonal skills requiredResponsibilities May Include: Prepare dining room tables by clothing tables, setting up candles, napkins, service plates and utensils Help guests select food and beverages by presenting menu; offering cocktails; suggesting courses; explaining the chef's specialties; identifying appropriate wines; answering food preparation questions Stay updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items, etc. Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording guests' choices; identifying guests' special dietary needs and special requests Serve orders by picking up and delivering guests' choices from bar and kitchen; deliver accompaniments and condiments Properly open and pour wine at the tableside Obtain revenues by issuing bill; accepting payment; returning change or credit card and signature slip to patrons Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by manager Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies Fill in for absent staff as needed Assist with special events as needed Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary #J-18808-Ljbffr
