DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst in Juno Beach, FL.Summary:We are seeking a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst to join our team of World-Class Cyber professionals. This specific position resides in the Cybersecurity Strategic Initiatives, a functional team under the Cybersecurity & Technology Risk (CTR) group within Information Technology. The CTR group is responsible for protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company information and computing networks. As a part of our team, you will work with some of the most sophisticated Cyber technologies in the industry to keep Company's systems and data safe from an ever-changing threat landscape.Duties:* As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support and aiding in the enhancing and deployment of new and existing technologies; In addition, you will recommend process and technology-related solutions or improvements to protect the company from cyber security vulnerabilities and threats* Responsible for analyzing business processes and practices, to focus the design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiatives* Document procedures and flowcharts for both new and existing processes* As a Senior Business Analyst, you will coordinate initiatives and projects* Perform testing - Integration testing/Regression testing* Provide customer support with investigating support issues* Provide training/demosRequirementsHighly Desired Skills:* Experience with Agile methodologies* Experience with ITIL processes and work management platforms such as ServiceNow and Change Gear* Experience using MS Office apps including PowerPoint and Visio* Ability to work with customers to gather, document, and communicate requirements to developers for both support/enhancements* Ability to create training content - presentations, guides, job aids, videosJob TypeContractCompensation48 - $52
