- Perform semi-skilled maintenance on Culver's kitchen and facility systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance in order to maintain brand standards.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and resolve in-house when possible.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas.
- Maintain exterior grounds, parking lot, and dumpster areas, including pressure washing and seasonal upkeep (snow/ice, debris removal).
- Support team members by ensuring all supplies are stocked.
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling efforts.
- Contribute to a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for guests and staff.
- 1-2 years restaurant experience preferred
- Be able to frequently lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
- Be able to climb up and down a ladder to a height of 25 feet.
- Motivated and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Team player who enjoys contributing to a friendly environment.
- No formal education required; willingness to learn is key.
