Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Centennial, CO Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,336 per week Shift: Nights – 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/15/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is partnering with Mindlance Health to fill a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN position in Centennial, Colorado. The role requires working nights in a 12‑hour shift schedule with the ability to float within Zone 1 (a 60‑mile radius around Colorado Springs). Responsibilities include assessing, treating, and monitoring patients in an ICU setting, managing complex medication drips, and collaborating with the interprofessional team. The assignment is a 13‑week contract with guaranteed 36 hours per week and requires flexibility for weekend shifts and floating across multiple ICU units. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in ICU, PICU, or SICU units, including monitoring vitals and responding to emergencies. Manage and titrate all critical medication drips, including vasopressors, sedatives, paralytics, anticoagulants, and insulin. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, charting, and hand‑off communications with charge nurses and physicians. Collaborate with respiratory therapists and other staff to address respiratory needs and troubleshoot equipment. Flexibly float within Zone 1 to cover patient needs across multiple acute care units. Perform charge nurse duties as needed without taking patient assignments unless required. Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and documentation standards throughout the shift. Qualifications Active RN license in Colorado. Minimum 2 years of ICU experience (3+ years required for first‑time travelers). Proficiency with Epic EMR system. Must hold ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, Core Exam – Nursing, ICU/CCU RN Exam, and ICU/CCU RN Skills Checklist certifications. Completed Ishihara Color Vision Screening. Ability to float within a 60‑mile radius zone and work flexible nights and weekend shifts. Comfortable interpreting the ICU telemetry monitor and performing rapid clinical assessments.
