Pediatric Urgent Care Opportunity – Lubbock, Texas A growing Pediatric Urgent Care program in Lubbock, Texas is seeking physicians to join a well-supported and collaborative team environment focused on high-quality pediatric care. Practice Highlights Pediatric Urgent Care setting On-site X-ray and point-of-care testing Team-based model with Physicians and APPs Strong clinical support including nurses, MAs, and front desk staff Modern practice environment with efficient workflows Schedule 12 shifts per month 12-hour shifts Additional shifts available and compensated at $1,539 per shift Compensation $250,000 base salary $50,000 sign-on bonus Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Mal Practice coverage Retirement with match CME allowance Community Highlights Lubbock offers a low cost of living, excellent schools, easy commutes, and a strong medical community.
