They communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan. In addition, they organize reporting, plan meetings, and provide updates to project managers.Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and informationBreak projects into doable actions and set time framesLiaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectivesAssign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule managementMake sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolveHelp prepare budgetsAnalyze risks and opportunitiesOversee project procurement managementJob Requirements:Proven work experience as a project coordinator or similar role, 0 to 2 years preferredExperience in project management from conception to deliveryAn ability to prepare and interpret flow charts, schedules, and step-by-step action plansSolid organizational skills, including multitasking and time managementStrong client-facing and teamwork skillsPreferred Qualifications:Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationshipsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesTeam management and leadership skillsDocumentation management and ability to use project management toolsAttention to details even under pressureTime management skills with the ability to meet deadlinesDon't meet every single requirement?
