You Have: 10+ years of experience in systems engineeringExperience leading Integrated Product Teams, developing roadmaps, and conducting risk assessments and trade off studiesExperience capturing, arranging, modeling, and documenting performance of artillery designs and selection criteriaExperience facilitating, conducting, and organizing technical reviews, including briefing leadershipAbility to develop work breakdown structures and integrated master schedulesAbility to travel up to 25% of the timeSecret clearanceBachelor's degree in Engineering or a Science fieldNice If You Have: Experience managing programs which utilize the DoD acquisition lifecycle and associated systems engineering artifactsKnowledge of military munitions energetics and cannon propulsion systemsMaster’s degree in Engineering or Engineering ManagementLean Six Sigma CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
