Whether you are interested in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing and Fire Protection design - and you've either had internship experience or looking to gain experience - we have numerous opportunities dedicated to continuous growth.In this role you will perform a variety of routine engineering tasks following detailed instructions. You will gain experience as projects grow in complexity.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the design of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing/fire protection systems based on field of study, using AutoCAD and Revit, for a variety of projects to include but not limited to corporate interiors, facilities infrastructure redevelopment, and Core and Shell new constructionMechanical engineers will become familiar with HVAC load programsElectrical engineers will become familiar with electrical load calculations, feeder voltage drops, lighting control design systems, Fire Alarm system design, etc.Plumbing/Fire Protection engineers will assist in hydraulic calculations for sprinkler system designLearn how to identify, select, and specify equipmentLearn how to interpret National and local building codesAttend and assist in surveys and/or construction field inspections, along with the review of contractor shop drawingsBe exposed to the shop drawing and submittal processMeet project schedules and perform work within budgetPerform other engineering duties as assignedDesired Skills and Experience:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, EIT preferred0 - 1 years of experiencePrevious engineering internship, a plusKnowledge of the latest version of MEP Auto CAD; REVIT experience is a plus.Proficient in design and calculation software; MS Office SuiteSalary Range: $75,000 - $80,000. This role is also eligible for an annual performance?based bonus.
