Full-Time Bilingual Spanish & English-Speaking Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM Receptionist Avir at North Richland Hills is seeking a temporary receptionist to join our team in North Richland Hills, TX. Responsibilities: Greet patients, families, and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner Answer and direct phone calls, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly Manage patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files Provide general administrative support to the healthcare team Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of patient care Requirements: 1 years of experience in a healthcare or administrative setting (training provided) High school diploma or equivalent required Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods Understanding that this is a temporary position.
