HiFyve is hiring an Accounting Manager in the Real Estate/Property Management industry in Lowell, MA!

Salary: $90K - $110K/year

Shift: Day Shift

Location: Onsite - Lowell, MA

Position Overview:

HiFyve is hiring an Accounting Operations Manager for a growing organization where you'll report directly to the CFO and have the autonomy to improve accounting operations, strengthen processes, and help scale the business.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, building efficient systems, and leading a team while remaining hands-on in the accounting function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the month-end close process
• Lead general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Improve AR/AP workflows and accounting processes
• Develop internal controls and scalable accounting procedures
• Create KPI reporting and operational dashboards
• Coach and lead a small accounting team
• Partner directly with the CFO to improve finance operations

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 3+ years of accounting leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, month-end close, GL, reconciliations, AR/AP, and financial reporting
• Experience building or improving accounting processes
• Hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems and creating structure
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Property management or real estate accounting experience is a plus—not required
