Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,602–$2,677 per week Guaranteed hours: 0 Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 4x10 days (10-hour shifts) Start date: 10/12/2026 Location: Concord, NH Assignment setting: OR suite within a high-acuity healthcare environment Local rate eligibility: local candidates within 50 miles may qualify for local pay Floating: limited to within the OR; not cross-departmented Responsibilities Circulate in the OR across multiple specialties (e.g., Ortho, Urology, Vascular, General, Trauma, ENT, OB/GYN, Plastics, Podiatry, GI, Ortho-Spine, Neuro, Thoracic, Robotics) and assist with case management as assigned Maintain sterile technique, assist with instrumentation, suctioning, specimen labeling, and counting products and specimens Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other OR staff; verify patient identity and perform time-outs; ensure patient safety throughout the procedure Prepare and check equipment, ensure readiness of supplies, and support documentation in the EMR; Cerner experience is an asset Adhere to licensure verification requirements and ensure up-to-date licensure; readiness to provide RTO (Restricted Time Off) requests at submission Focus on efficient, high-energy turnover in the OR; support coverage across cases as needed within the OR May float within the OR as required; not assigned to other hospital departments Note: must have minimum OR acute care experience and be comfortable with a wide range of case types; traveler may be requested to work holidays as needed Requirements Active NH or Compact RN license required at submission; license verification will be performed Minimum 2 years of OR acute care experience; please specify years of experience in each specialty in the notes Ability to circulate across multiple surgical specialties and support the OR team Cerner EMR experience preferred; other EMR experience may be considered Local candidates within 50 miles eligible for local pay; RTO requests must be included at submission Must be energetic, self-starting, and able to adapt with limited orientation Must be able to work 2 of 3 major holidays as part of the assignment Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Fast credentialing to accelerate placement Assignment-related support throughout the duration Nationwide travel assignments through the staffing organization Extension opportunities based on performance and staffing needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
