We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our esteemed healthcare team in the Hospital & Health Care industry.

Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations of patients.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses across the lifespan.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate for patient conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.
- Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active RN license and board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Texas
- Open to new or experienced candidates
- Excellent diagnostic, assessment, and treatment planning skills
- Strong communication skills to educate and connect with patients
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications
