Sales Operations Analyst

Seeking a strategic Sales Operations Analyst, the full-time position will drive forecasting excellence, process optimization, and advanced analytics initiatives remotely, collaborating with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance data integrity and align sales strategies with business goals. Key responsibilities: Improve forecast reliability and accuracy for enterprise products and provide actionable insights for strategic accounts Lead global data reconciliation across CRM, financial, and forecasting systems to ensure consistent reporting Support forecasting projects, including AI/ML initiatives and process automation, to enhance sales projections and operational scalability Required qualifications: 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Financial Analysis in a global tech environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field; advanced degree preferred Demonstrated expertise in sales forecasting processes and operational process improvement Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP), with advanced Excel skills; experience with Python or SQL is a plus Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI/ML applications for sales forecasting and analytics Virtual Vocations Inc
