$29.33 - $36.64

Monday – Friday / 8am – 5pm

Responsibilities Assist in the development of requirements and plans to deliver technology projects, working closely with business departments and senior analysts. Gather and document business requirements, translating them into project plans and deliverables. Collaborate with internal client groups to understand business needs, map and analyze end-to-end processes, and document requirements. Work with technical resources to create technical documentation and recommend solutions or enhancements aligned with business and technology strategies. Develop and execute test scripts, conduct quality assurance activities, and document results. Create reports and status updates, maintain agile boards, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Identify, research, and resolve issues proactively, providing updates to business users. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or relevant fields Minimum 2 years of business analysis or relevant experience Excellent analytical skills and experience organizing informal projects Ability to work under pressure Working knowledge of MS Suite tools, PowerPoint, and Excel Experience with large organizations, understanding of technology and systems Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies, Agile development, Azure DevOps, and project management methodologies Technical writing skills and the ability to develop functional/technical specifications Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
