Role: Support and optimize procurement processes such as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Procure to Pay (P2P) and Supplier Information Management (SIM). Design, implement, and optimize end to end procurement solutions, with a primary focus on Coupa's platform and integrating it seamlessly within existing systems. Design, implement, configure, and maintain procurement platforms, particularly Coupa, to streamline procurement processes and meet business goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Coupa subject matter expert or a similar role supporting procurement platforms.
• Deep understanding of procurement processes and familiarity with systems like Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Procure to Pay (P2P) and Supplier Information Management (SIM).
• Strong technical expertise in system integration, workflow configurations, and administration of procurement applications.
• Demonstrated ability to document processes and contribute to user training efforts.
• Proficiency in IT service management tools, troubleshooting methodologies, and vendor communications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile or similar methodologies in continuous service environments.

Preferred: Certification in Coupa or other procurement platforms.
