Facilities Coordinator - $30/hr-$33/hr - Arlington, VA

Overview Our client is seeking a temporary‑to‑permanent Facilities Coordinator to support their team in the Arlington, VA office. The role is hybrid with 3 days per week on‑site. Responsibilities Oversee all maintenance and repair programs, both scheduled and emergency. Ensure client satisfaction and support customer satisfaction programs. Support process‑oriented tasks such as site closures, walkthroughs, and turnovers. Develop and implement budgets while also overseeing periodical reporting needs. Act as a liaison to support services and drive implementation of best practices. Additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications 2+ years of facilities and client‑facing experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. Must be fluent in Corrigo or another CMMS system. Strong MS Office Suite skills and customer‑service orientation with high professionalism. Available for after‑hours on‑call needs; majority of on‑call handled remotely. Job Details Base pay: $30.00/hr – $33.00/hr (temporary to permanent). Converts to an annual salary of up to $69,000 when permanent. Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Hybrid: 3 days per week on site in Arlington, VA. On‑call availability required. Seniority level: Entry level. Employment type: Full‑time.
